Shipping policy

Live Shipments;

Orders are received Sunday-Saturday, and are shipped the following week by Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email, where you will also receive updates about your shipments. Please be ready so that your mailman can hand you your worms directly.
Worms are packed in dry peat moss and may lose some of their body weight during shipping - especially in hot weather.
To ensure live delivery, we reserve the right to delay shipments in cases of extreme temperature.

Other Shipments;

Other Shipments, such as worm bins, are shipped to you as soon as possible through our fulfillment centers, and may be shipped or arrive any day of the week.
Live shipments and other shipments are shipped separately.
