We do not offer returns or refunds on composting worms once they have been shipped, and we need one full business day to see and process any late cancellations.


For other products:

We offer a 14-day return window on unused products, and a 30-day return for unopened products. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Contact us to initiate a return.
